All units are set on two stories with two bedrooms, pool-side terrace, spacious living room, dining area, fully fitted western kitchen and guest cloakroom. Each bedroom has its on en-suite bathroom and balcony.
Communal area offer two infinity edge swimming pools, pool table and car parking. Full management program and rental program with proven returns available. Each house has high speed ADSL internet connection.

What's not included?
- Damage deposit of 10,000 baht required on arrival which is fully refundable. For monthly bookings, a deposit of 30,000 THB is required. Can be paid in cash or blocked by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
- Airport transfer charged at 800 THB per car per journey.
