Blue Lagoon Hua Hin 301 - overview

The villa’s design allows its guests to completely take the beauty of the tropics in. With two-story tall living room windows and a picturesque outdoor area just out front, you will feel at peace the moment you enter the premise. The holiday rental is modern and airy, decorated in a contemporary Asian style.

An open plan living, kitchen and dining room occupies the villa’s ground floor. The living room boasts magnificent views of the garden and pool and it features a couch, flat-screen TV with over a hundred local and international channels, DVD and CD player. Next to it, a fully fitted western kitchen has all the appliances and dishware needed for smooth meal preparation. The dining room table, conveniently placed in this space, is set for 8 persons.

The villa has three highly comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; the master bathroom comes with a bath tub. While two bedrooms feature king size beds, the third one is fitted with twin beds. 

The development has several 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units on offer for groups travelling together. Furthermore, guests staying at Blue Lagoon Hua Hin get a special discount for using a number of facilities at the next-door Sheraton Resort and Spa.

The villa has direct beach access, as well as a few convenience stores and diners within walking distance. Hua Hin city centre with its many attractions and restaurants is only a 10-minute drive away.


The resort is located right on the beach, between the beaches of Cha Am and Hua Hin. The villa is approximately a 10 minutes’ drive away from most local attractions, such as the city centre, the Royal Palace, fishing pier and many others. A few local restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance from the resort.

Rates Include

* Free internet access.
* Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
* Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
* Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
* Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

* Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.

Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht

The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.

Payment Terms

Booking Deposit & Booking Details
If the period of occupancy is more than 56 days from the date of booking, a 20% deposit is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. (50% on some booking platforms) A further 30% is to be paid no less than 56 days before arrival and the remaining balance must be paid no less than 14 days before arrival. (30 days on some booking platforms)

If the period of occupancy is less than 56 days from the date of booking, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the property at the time of booking, and the full balance must be paid no less than 14 days before arrival. (30 days on some booking platforms)

If the period of occupancy is less than 14 days from the date of booking, 100% of the booking value must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are to be paid within five (5) working days. If payment is not received, except by prior arrangement, the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. If payment is not received within that period, we will issue a Notice of Cancellation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after a further 48 hours without payment or any correspondence, the booking will be cancelled.

The number of persons occupying the property should not be more than the maximum allowable number of occupants.
Any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged per night at a rate equivalent to the seasonal daily rate of the property, divided by the maximum allowable number of occupants, as dictated by the quantity of beds (single or double) within the property.

This will be a minimum charge of THB 500.00 per person.

Failure to pay this fee by the additional guest or group leader, as stated on the Managements booking form, will result in the additional guest being asked to leave the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Guest
It is understood that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.

Our refund policy is as follows:
Booking Deposit 20% - No Refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation 57 to 31 days before arrival: Refund = 50% of monies paid excluding deposit
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: No Refund under any circumstances

Please be aware that if you cancel your villa booking you will lose the 20% deposit.

Cancellation by the Property Management
It is extremely unlikely this would ever be the case due to the number of properties we own and manage. However, we reserve the right to find you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or refund all monies paid, this will be at our discretion.
We cannot accept any further liability other than the above.
