The modern, contemporary Villa Khaleesi is a luxury 3-bedroom villa located at Plai Laem Soi 6. With an almost continuous balmy breeze, the villa is naturally cooled by the elements. The villa is well proportioned and showcases an intelligent use of space that effortlessly blends outdoors with indoor living space.
Villa Khaleesi consists of 3 bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have modern furnishings. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. The large comfortable living area is perfect for the guests to socialize and entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and chef to prepare sumptuous meals. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen. The living area includes a dining table, sofas and lounges, a large LCD screen TV, with DVD, CD, and satellite channels.
Villa Khaleesi also offers plenty of spaces to spend time outdoors. Even with the beach at the doorstep, the villa has its own swimming pool. Sun loungers grace the deck area and are ideal for soaking up the sun. The villa includes a daily mail service. In-house chef and masseuse services are also available. A baby cot is provided free of charge to families travelling with kids. Should the guests wish to venture out for tours and activities, the villa can also arrange for baby-sitting services. Several entertainment facilities are provided to keep the guests happy and satisfied indoors. Should they wish to venture out, the main tourist area of Chaweng Beach with its plethora of excellent restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and spas is within convenient distance.

It is at a convenient 5-minute ride to Big Buddha Temple while the Bangrak Pier and Samui International Airport are 7 minutes drive away. The residence allows easy access to some of the best entertainment and shopping areas and quality restaurants in Samui. The Chaweng beach, with its shops and nightlife, and Bophut Fisherman's village with its vibrant restaurants, are only a few minutes drive away.

* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental due.

Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date
Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.
For all reservations where the registered guests are under 21 years old a security deposit of USD 1,000 is required along with prior notification before booking. If notification of ages is not made then "The Property" retains the right to cancel the booking upon the guests arrival with NO refund.
A security deposit may be payable to "The Property" with the payment of the balance. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakage's during the rental period of the property or its contents. It may also be used to cover the cost of other services.
If requested this amount will be returned to the client at the time of departure, less any such costs.
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.
Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made.
