Description
This 3-bedroom townhouse is suitable for a family, or it can be a shared holiday base for 3 couples or a group of friends. With its contemporary design, welcoming interior and green surroundings, the rental will ease your senses from the moment you arrive.
The ground level holds common areas – an open plan living, kitchen and dining room with a working corner big enough for two people. There is also a guest toilet. The dining room table is set for 6, and the fully fitted European kitchen comes with appliances such as a fridge, stove, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and a rice cooker.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, dressing room with safe and iron, and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms come with a king size bed, TV and a closet each, and they share one bathroom. The house can sleep up to 6 people.
The townhome is set in a large contemporary resort with a number of facilities that include a large salt-water swimming pool and pool deck, sport courts, sauna, restaurant, and a kids' playground.
The house also comes with a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, safe parking, and daily maid service.
Within walking distance you will find a couple of convenience stores, diners, and Bang Rak Beach. Lively Bophut along with Fisherman's Village and a myriad of bars, eateries and shops along the beach is 900 m away.
What's included?
* Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
* Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
* Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
* Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

* Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
Tariff:
Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
