Meticulously renovated in November 2024, the villa seamlessly blends contemporary elegance with tropical living across three levels, featuring an expansive 12m infinity pool, wraparound pool deck, and a breezy poolside sala.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 stylish en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds. The upper level houses the Master Suite and two Guest Bedrooms offering panoramic ocean views and spa-inspired indoor/outdoor bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs. The lower level features two additional guest suites with direct access to a peaceful tropical courtyard. Indoor living includes a bright open-plan lounge, dining space for 10 guests, and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

In-Villa Services & Terms: Rates include daily Continental breakfast, housekeeping, and an on-call Villa Manager (staff hours 08:00–17:00). One round-trip airport transfer is included for stays of 3+ nights. A private Thai chef for lunch and dinner is available upon request at THB 3,500 + VAT per day (food cost on guest account + 20% provisioning fee, min THB 300).
