What's not included?
- The first housekeeper is included but if the group is more than 10 guests then you are obliged to pay for an additional maid at the rate of USD 25 for 10 hours per day for the duration of your stay (8 am. - 6 pm.)
- chef service can be arranged for USD 25 per day (including assistant) to prepare breakfast or USD 80 per day to prepare breakfast and dinner. If the group size is more than 10 guests then an additional assistant will be required for USD 25 per day.
- A cleaning fee of 6,300 or USD 200 is charged at check out
- Towels, linens, beach towels and paper products are provided for your entire stay. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased by the guest.
- Animals will only be allowed if the owner accepts the tenant's request.
