Although the convenient location of the villa is a main selling point, the luxury design, both externally and internally, are simply breathtaking. Relax on a private back garden, surrounding a stylish private swimming pool with an integrated Jacuzzi. Sunbathe in the loungers or have a snack in the covered terrace area.
The luxurious open-plan living areas have very tall ceilings and combine a stylish lounge, dining area and Western-style kitchen into one, looking through tall windows out towards the pool. The lounge is home to a comfy sofa facing a flat-screen TV with DVD and near to the dining area with an 8-seat table. Here you will also find a kitchen with many quality appliances for your self-catering needs.
The four bedrooms sleep up to 8 people and come equipped with king-size double beds, air-con and wardrobes. All the bedrooms have ultra-modern designs with ceramic floors.
The villa location is in the heart of Jomtien, close to Thepprasit Road and Thappraya Road. Jomtien Beach is under a 5-minute drive and just a short stroll to the myriad of bars, shops and international restaurants.
What's included?
* Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
* Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
* Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
* Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

* Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
Tariff:
Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
