The villa has 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open plan living space with western style kitchen, and a garden with a deck terrace, private swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
Making your way into Jomtien Waree 4, you will find a luxurious and comfortable interior with the living areas and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a further 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.
The interior is decorated in light tones with ceramic tiled floors giving the living areas a modern and classy feel. The bedrooms have beautiful wooden floors and sleep 8 people in total.
The lounge faces the back garden where you will find a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi with adjoining deck terrace with chairs and seating. There are also 4 sun loungers and a BBQ unit.
Location
The villa sits in a development just a few minutes drive from Na Jomtien Beach and 2km from the main part of Jomtien where you will find lots of bars and restaurants. Within a 10-minute drive you can visit downtown Pattaya, depending on the traffic. Convenience stores and restaurants are also less than 1km from the villa. The location of Jomtien Waree 4 is ideal for those who seek peace and quiet within close proximity to the nearby amenities that make a holiday experience complete.
What's included?
* Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
* Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
* Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
* Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

* Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
Tariff:
Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
