I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The staff were amazing in every aspect! We travelled with two young children (1&3) and the staff were always so helpful. They attended to the children, cooked special meals, played with them without having to ask. We also used them to look after the children if we wanted to go out to lunch or into Chewang. The meals were amazing. We ate in every night and breakfast was also included. It is a fair way from Chewang and costs about $100 au in a taxi return. There are a couple of good restaurants around, but seriously you can't beat the food the chef prepares for you. Only a few minor issues, whenever they did the dishes upstairs, the downstairs smelt like sewerage. This was only temporary. Also the water pressure and temp in the showers wasn't great. That is the only faults, the rest was 10 star and would have no hesitation staying again
