An oblong infinity edge swimming pool of villa proportions is the central feature of this four-bedroom property on the East coast of Koh Chang, facing the sea of the Gulf of Thailand. Large terraced areas with plenty of sun loungers flank the pool and lead to your accommodation on three sides. There are the elegant bedrooms, a large Western-style fitted kitchen, and sumptuous living areas to provide that unforgettable holiday of a lifetime. A portico at the head of the pool gives shade and an alternative dining area to the more formal indoor dining room.
This is a get-away-from-it-all location on the East coast of Koh Chang and far from the madding crowd. Tropical scenery complete with palm trees, and large lawns leading down to the sea set the scene of tranquillity. There are of course plenty of activities on Koh Chang to include elephant trekking, impressive waterfalls, and sea trips to neighbouring islands with unforgettable snorkelling above coral and tropical fish. Closer to hand there are restaurants and convenience stores, but most of all some of the world’s finest natural beauty.

The villa is located in quite a secluded location on the eastern coastline of Koh Chang. Just 20 meters from your own private beach, the villa enjoys a retreat type atmosphere, perfect for those wishing to get away from the 'real world' and bask in the private and secluded surroundings. Within under 2km, you can find local convenience stores and a handful of local restaurants. Note one of the local restaurants (DanMai Seafood Restaurant) is a steady walk away from the villa and famous on the island for its tranquil coastal beauty and of course it's food, not to be missed! Ideally, this is a getaway location to enjoy the perfect tropical island experience.
The Main Shopping area and Restaurants on the island are still conveniently located approx. 20 mins by taxi from the Villa and access via local taxi or by Villa Staff can easily be arranged.

* Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
* Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
* Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

* Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
Booking Deposit & Booking Details
If the period of occupancy is more than 56 days from the date of booking, a 20% deposit is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. (50% on some booking platforms) A further 30% is to be paid no less than 56 days before arrival and the remaining balance must be paid no less than 14 days before arrival. (30 days on some booking platforms)
If the period of occupancy is less than 56 days from the date of booking, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the property at the time of booking, and the full balance must be paid no less than 14 days before arrival. (30 days on some booking platforms)
If the period of occupancy is less than 14 days from the date of booking, 100% of the booking value must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are to be paid within five (5) working days. If payment is not received, except by prior arrangement, the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. If payment is not received within that period, we will issue a Notice of Cancellation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after a further 48 hours without payment or any correspondence, the booking will be cancelled.
The number of persons occupying the property should not be more than the maximum allowable number of occupants.
Any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged per night at a rate equivalent to the seasonal daily rate of the property, divided by the maximum allowable number of occupants, as dictated by the quantity of beds (single or double) within the property.
This will be a minimum charge of THB 500.00 per person.
Failure to pay this fee by the additional guest or group leader, as stated on the Managements booking form, will result in the additional guest being asked to leave the premises.
Please Note: All credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 3.5%
Cancellation by the Guest
It is understood that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Booking Deposit 20% - No Refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation 57 to 31 days before arrival: Refund = 50% of monies paid excluding deposit
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: No Refund under any circumstances
Please be aware that if you cancel your villa booking you will lose the 20% deposit.
Cancellation by the Property Management
It is extremely unlikely this would ever be the case due to the number of properties we own and manage. However, we reserve the right to find you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or refund all monies paid, this will be at our discretion.
We cannot accept any further liability other than the above.
