Karpe Diem is situated in Chaweng Noi. Chaweng is Ko Samui's most popular and famous beach, stretching for some five kilometres along Ko Samui's east coast. Chaweng Noi ("Little Chaweng") is a smaller beach, just to the south of the main deal, and is the last strip of sand before the winding road south via Coral Cove and Thong Ta Kien to Lamai Beach.
The beach remains one of the most beautiful on Ko Samui. Walking along the squeaky white-dust sand to the clear waters is indeed an unforgettable experience.
Chaweng Noi and Chaweng Hills separate Chaweng and Lamai by way of steep hills and dramatic cliffs and rock formations.
A drive on the Ring Road between Chaweng and Lamai offers some of the most breathtaking views of the bay. Several excellent restaurants have taken advantage of these views and resorts have been built precariously on huge boulders overlooking the bay.

• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $1,000 or 30,000 THB (cash only).
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
1. If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, 'SSV' must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1.1 More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if SSV
secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking
1.2 Less than 30 days before arrival date: all rental payments (100%) are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable
if SSV secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking
2. If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply
3. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SSV.
