If you like space and a relaxed, green environment, 4 bedroom BangTao Tara Villa is perfect. The large garden is home to your private, 40 sqm swimming pool complete with small waterfall and in-pool Jacuzzi. Close by is a relaxing dining sala with a glass topped circular table and 4 chairs. As you move inside the fully air-conditioned villa you will discover comfortable space everywhere.
The huge fully fitted kitchen with its black-granite topped island is perfect for self catering. This area includes an 8 place dining suite. The oversize guest bathroom actually includes a bathtub. The final room downstairs is your lounge. This contains an impressive 4 metre long cocktail bar. So any budding mixologist’s need to step up to the plate! There is also comfortable furniture and a 42 inch TV in the lounge.
All 4 bedrooms are on the villa’s upper floor, and while up here, there is a cool tropical breeze and wonderfully soothing views over a lake. All 4 bedrooms contain double beds and 32 inch televisions. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other 2 share one bathroom. BangTao Tara Three is a wonderful holiday home, with space galore that simply invites you to relax.
Northern End of Bang Tao Beach and Layan, A Hidden Gem
You will be just 1.4km from the southern end of Bang Tao beach, and Bliss Beach club is certainly worth a visit, laid back, friendly staff, good food, and guesting DJ’s from around the world on many weekend evenings. Bang Tao Beach is Phuket’s second longest beach. It stretches 4 miles (6km) around the Bang Tao Bay and is a strange contrast between the traditional way of Phuket life, the modern, well-heeld tourist, and a section of beach that is naturally untouched and extremely quiet.
Cherng Talay is a village just a few minutes from the beach. Here many villagers continue working as their ancestors did. Fishing, rubber tapping and working the land. You then have the central part which is taken up by the world famous Laguna Phuket, and you will find a variety of restaurants and shops here, all the way from exclusively expensive to chilled out and cheaper, but we will skip past this, and carry on right to the Northern tip of this stunningly beautiful beach.
It is so far untouched by development (another reason to get there!), and quite often you will have this part of the beach to yourself. If you are looking for solitude, and a wonderfully relaxing time on your ‘own’ beach then don’t miss this experience.

Bang Tao Beach is one of the most picturesque beaches on Phuket, and surprisingly, one of the quieter ones. It is just 1.4km from the villa. Sugar white sand, the inviting ocean and jungle cliffs as a backdrop make this a picture postcard place to be. Here you will also find Bliss Beach Club ,which is amongst the best on Phuket. Surin and Patong are a 10 and 20 minute drive south, respectively.

* Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
* Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
* Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.

* Refundable Security Deposit: Upon check-in, we require a refundable security deposit, payable in cash, in any currency.
The amount of the refundable deposit is dependent upon the size of the property. These amounts below are general guidelines only and some villas may require a larger deposit. Please consult your booking form or submit an enquiry for the exact amount.
Properties up to and including 3 bedrooms = 5,000 Baht
4 & 5 bedroom properties = 10,000 Baht
6 bedroom properties and above = 15,000 Baht
The deposit will be refunded in cash, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests in the party provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted whatsoever on the property, its contents, the pool (if any) or any other aspect pertaining to the property, that ALL payments have been met and that ALL keys for the property and the personal safe, are returned to the Management representative.
Booking Deposit & Booking Details
If the period of occupancy is more than 56 days from the date of booking, a 20% deposit is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. (50% on some booking platforms) A further 30% is to be paid no less than 56 days before arrival and the remaining balance must be paid no less than 14 days before arrival. (30 days on some booking platforms)
If the period of occupancy is less than 56 days from the date of booking, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the property at the time of booking, and the full balance must be paid no less than 14 days before arrival. (30 days on some booking platforms)
If the period of occupancy is less than 14 days from the date of booking, 100% of the booking value must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are to be paid within five (5) working days. If payment is not received, except by prior arrangement, the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. If payment is not received within that period, we will issue a Notice of Cancellation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, after a further 48 hours without payment or any correspondence, the booking will be cancelled.
The number of persons occupying the property should not be more than the maximum allowable number of occupants.
Any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged per night at a rate equivalent to the seasonal daily rate of the property, divided by the maximum allowable number of occupants, as dictated by the quantity of beds (single or double) within the property.
This will be a minimum charge of THB 500.00 per person.
Failure to pay this fee by the additional guest or group leader, as stated on the Managements booking form, will result in the additional guest being asked to leave the premises.
Please Note: All credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 3.5%
Cancellation by the Guest
It is understood that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Booking Deposit 20% - No Refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation 57 to 31 days before arrival: Refund = 50% of monies paid excluding deposit
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: No Refund under any circumstances
Please be aware that if you cancel your villa booking you will lose the 20% deposit.
Cancellation by the Property Management
It is extremely unlikely this would ever be the case due to the number of properties we own and manage. However, we reserve the right to find you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or refund all monies paid, this will be at our discretion.
We cannot accept any further liability other than the above.
