Baan Lom Talay is a luxurious 6 bedroom villa, situated in an absolute ocean front location on the northern headland of Kamala Bay. The elevated location overlooks one of the island's largest beaches, and every room in the villa enjoys spectacular, panoramic views over Kamala Bay, with majestic sunset views out to the Andaman Sea. The gentle sound of the waves washing over the rocks below infiltrates all areas of Baan Lom Talay. The villa's prime northwest coast location is convenient to everything you need to enjoy a perfect Phuket vacation, and the permanent Villa Manager and caring staff are dedicated to making your stay an experience to remember.
Spacious living, Thai influenced decor and private surroundings ensure that every guest at Baan Lom Talay has a special holiday to remember. Every detail has been considered so that guests are made to feel at home. Air-conditioning throughout, modern appliances, WiFi Internet, stylish furnishings and decor provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The villa is an extremely spacious house with expansive terraces surrounded by lush tropical foliage. At the center of the villa you find the impressive swimming pool and sala. Both provide an exotic location to overlook the Andaman Sea and Kamala Bay. Sun lounges and ample decking provide the perfect setting for relaxing during those sunny Phuket days with cool ocean breezes. The pool terrace is also the perfect place for a sunset cocktail or an indulgent twilight massage.
The two VIP Master bedrooms are located on the second floor and overlook the pool, gardens and Kamala Bay. The Island Suite a is spacious bedroom, with decorative grey stone walls and beautiful black granite floors. It's private gated entry is via a bridge over the swimming pool & Sala which creates its own island effect. Entering through the artistic wooden doors you step directly onto the spacious terrace of this huge privately enclosed suite. The Island Suite features elaborate wooden ceilings, tasteful furnishings, and leads to a stylish en-suite bathroom. As with all suites at Baan Lom Talay, you will find the bathroom stocked with a collection of designer amenities and robes. The accommodation comes with a King Sized bed, spacious surroundings and spectacular ocean views. The designer decorated living area includes a settee for 4 people and coffee table as well as a 32" Plasma screen TV. A mini-fridge and safety box are found in the built in robe.
The second master bedroom, the Orchid Suite, is located on the same level as the Island Suite, overlooking the bay, and with direct access to the pool terrace. This spacious suite is equally as luxurious as the Island Suite, and is complete with private Jacuzzi/bath, King sized bed, spacious living area, beautifully varnished wooden floors and ceilings. It would be hard to find a more comfortable room on Phuket's west coast.
Three other luxurious guest suites, the Lilly Suite, the Lotus Suite, and the twin bed Jasmine Suite are located on two levels above the VIP suites. Each of these suites comes with a private terrace for sunbathing or simply relaxing and taking in the elevated Kamala Bay views. The rooms are fully equipped with air-con, mini fridges and newly renovated en-suite bathrooms to provide guests with a luxurious base to enjoy their island holiday. The Lilly and Lotus Suites come with large private outdoor baths where you can relax and pamper yourself while enjoying spectacular ocean views. All Suites at Baan Lom Talay are located in their own free standing pavilions to allow for maximum privacy.
Each of bedroom suites are complete with large living areas, sofas, chairs, tables, large flat screen televisions, CD/DVD players, computers, mini fridge, safety box, outdoor terraces with sun lounges/chairs.
The kitchen, dining and living areas are located on level one right by the ocean side (The Living Room can easily be utilized as an optional sixth bedroom if required as it is complete with a King sized daybed). A unique feature of the terrace and connecting walkways on this level are the large glass windows which provide guests with underwater views of the swimming pool on the level above. The kitchen is a very large western designed kitchen with all the modern appliances one would expect in a holiday villa of this size and quality. The kitchen is manned by Baan Lom Talay's private chef, who is happy to prepare a gourmet selection of Thai and international dishes to your liking as part of our Signature Collection service.
Dining is an experience at Baan Lom Talay and our staff can offer indoor and outdoor settings depending on guests' mood. Outdoor under covered dining overlooks Kamala Beach - a perfect spot for breakfast and a morning coffee. Dining can also be offered on the terraces of Baan Lom Talay in the open under the stars. However guests can also enjoy their dining more formally inside the large, air conditioned, 10 seat dining room, with its tasteful furnishings, decor and modern Thai artwork.
The Dining room sits adjacent to the large and comfortable living room with silk settee, day bed, 50” Plasma Screen TV and en-suite. Both the Living and dining areas are air-conditioned and connected via sun deck which has been recently been extended to provide more outdoor living, and almost hovers over the ocean below.
Some nice little additions to the landscaping include a natural rock-pool and tanning deck, which has been built into the rocks below by the sea, and can be accessed directly from the villa. This path can also be used to access Kamala Beach, and for the more adventurous, Leam Singh Beach without the hassle of having to walk up to the road. The chic Surin Beach area, with its collection of boutiques, art and craft stores, many local beach front and high end restaurants, bars and beach clubs, is only a 2 minute drive away.
With its spectacularly serene, unique. ocean front location, and the highly attentive staff offering a relaxed, discreet, quality level of service with a personal touch, Baan Lom Talay could be mistaken for a small boutique hotel, where guests will experience an overwhelming feeling of calm, relaxation, and privacy. * Daily rates include 10% service charge and 7% tax.
* Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 nights minimum is required during Easter:20 Mar to 03 Apr, Christmas and New Year. Overlapping Christmas and New year are 10 nights is required).
* Linen and towels are provided at the Villa. These are normally changed every three (3) days or as deemed necessary.

* 2 additional fold away beds can be supplied if required and by arrangement; extra person charges of USD 55 will apply.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking the villa. A booking will only be regarded as confirmed once the deposit has been received in our account. The remaining 70 % must be paid at the latest 30 days prior to arrival, and 60 days prior to arrival for bookings during Peak Season from Dec.15 to Jan.15 (a 5% surcharge will be applied to late payments). Any booking less than 30 days prior to arrival will necessitate full payment to be made within 5 calendar days to confirm the booking. Baan Lom Talay reserves the right to re-let the villa if payment schedules are not adhered to. All bank transfer fees, taxes and associated costs are the responsibility of the sender.
A security deposit equivalent to one night's rental rate (but not less than $1,000 USD) is payable before check-in. Preferably, this should be included in the final booking payment. Alternatively, the Security Deposit can be paid in cash during check-in (N.B. Currencies accepted - THB or USD). The Security Deposit will be refunded to the lessee once an inspection of the villa for any damage and an inventory has taken place.
Baan Lom Talay reserves the right to alter published rates at its discretion. Once rental rates are agreed upon with the lessee or the lessee's agent, and a deposit or full payment is made, the rental rate is considered final, and no variation of the rates will be possible. Subsequent promotions or specials will not apply to rates once they have been finalized with the lessee.
Unless agreed otherwise, check-in time is 3:00 pm and checkout time is 12:00 noon (early arrival and late departure will depend upon the availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure, and may be subject to a surcharge depending on the number of hours requested and other specific circumstances).
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount will be forfeited. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, the Lessee will forfeit 50% of the rental amount.
