| Rates Include 1 Room available from only 6,000 baht per night, the huge master bedroom en-suite is also available for rent separetly at 8,000 baht per night or the entire villa from 15,000 baht per night. Villa is available for rent for weekly as well as monthly rental Weekly - 60,000 Baht Monthly - 180,000 Baht Cancellation Policy Specific Cancellation policy In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded. However the deposit/full balance will be held over for a period or 12 months and credited to another booking by the same guests or another party of their choosing. Once the final balance is received – 4 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply. If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these houses.
