| Rates Include * Free WIFI * Daily maid service is included in the price; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Daily allowance for water and electricity charges of 57 KW units. Therefore your allowance based on average use of 2000 Baht per week is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we charge 7 Baht per unit. Some properties are much larger than others, please monitor your usage. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by the guest It is understood that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality. Payment Terms Booking deposit A 20% booking deposit is required on receipt of confirmed availability, this is to be paid within 72 hours to guarantee your reservation, if payment is not received except by prior arrangement the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 20% deposit as above, 30% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied. As stated under 'Booking Deposit' above all payments are due within 72 hours of due date, if payments are not received in that period a cancellation notice will be issued. Unless otherwise agreed in writing after a further 48 hours without payment or any correspondence the booking will be cancelled, no refund will be made. Personal Safety The owners cannot accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately. Check in / out times Our check in times are after 1300hrs - check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing. Late checkouts will be billed as extra charges per hour, calculated by dividing the daily rate of your villa by how many hours late you check out. Late check outs are always subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. Late checkouts are not available on any bookings where there is an afternoon arrival on the same day of your departure. |
