A recently completed traditional Thai style villa, designed to a high standard for a family or group of friends who are looking for a private pool villa to enjoy their holiday. It enjoys a stunning open view over Big Buddha statue, Koh Phangan and Koh Som and is surrounded by tropical vegetation.
The property comprises of three buildings, the Main house, Guest house and Sala. The layout is a U-shaped design around the infinity edge swimming pool and a large wooden deck. Special attention has been brought into the interior decoration which is made in traditional Thai style, with antiques, teak wood finishes and patinas.
The main house is a little higher than the other buildings. It consists of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with a small cascade, walk-in closet, a cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the pool and the Gulf of Thailand. The Guest house is located beside the pool and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, small living room, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace with a dining area. The sala offers breathtaking views of the open sea and sunsets and is ideal for relaxation or a massage.
The villa has full time staff to keep it clean and tidy and the manager who will help guests to fulfill all their wishes and assist you in communicating with the chef and suggest some great Thai cuisine. You can always contact our English/Russian-speaking representative, who must visit you the day of arrival or the next day to make sure that your stay at the villa is great! Change of bed linen every third day. Towels are changed at the request of guests.

The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved. * Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. * Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests.
