After entering Villa Elegance’s walled entrance, a huge pool goes all the way back to the master bedroom with its open floor to ceiling windows. This is a very luxurious villa indeed.
There are lots of terrace space with salas and umbrellas to relax under and enjoy the Phuket sunshine. Inside the villa is a very big open dining and open-plan kitchen area. The Makah hardwood floors throughout the villa give a touch of warmth to this very elegant home.
The state-of the-art kitchen itself is spacious enough to entertain, with lots of black marble tops and fitted natural wood facades and of course comes complete with every modern conveience. Behind the kitchen is a service room and maids quarters. The kitchen’s breakfast bar leads to an indoor dining area with seating for eight. The list of modern appliances includes an oven, grill, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and a four-ring stovetop. The living area opens up with comfy sofas and a very high ceiling to keep you cool on barmy nights.
The two guest bedrooms are both en-suite, and very well appointed with Thai silk touches to remind you that you are in the ‘Land of Smiles’. The master is very spacious with its own dressing room and luxury ceramic and marble bathroom. The view across the pool is breathtaking as the water comes right up to the master bedroom’s edge. The walled garden provides total privacy with well manicured shrubs, lawns and trees, making this a lovely holiday destination.
Villa Elegance has a luxury choice of three bedrooms, all en-suite, with a careful mix of modern Thai and western chic. Wooden floors add a homely feel and the master bedroom must be one of the finest on the island, perched as it is on the end of a long ceramic pool. Enjoy. Two of the bedrooms have double beds while the third bedroom has two single beds.
Luxury bathrooms are all marble and colourful local ceramics, beautifully designed for all your grooming needs, with hot water provided by the villa’s power showers. There are two sunken bathtubs in the bathrooms, which provide perfect soak options after a hot day visiting all those Phuket tourist attractions.
The elegant dining room is just beyond the villa’s kitchen. Seating is for eight with matching tableware and equally luxurious glassware to give every occasion a touch of Thai hospitality.
The living area is tropical style personified - high ceilings have fans twirling for your comfort as you lounge on the elegant deep sofas. French windows open to both the pool and terrace. Take advantage of the comfortable settee and watch some international channels on the large flat-screen TV.

The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made. Any damage must be notified to the owners immediately and rectified prior to departure. Personal Safety The owners can not accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately. Pets No pets are allowed into the properties, any pets found in the properties the Guest will be charged for a full clean. Smoking Please consider our non smoking guests and smoke outside the property, ash trays are provided. Daily maid service Daily maid service is included in the price except Palm Grove Pool Villas where there is a charge of THB 1000 per time inclusive of a linen change, bookable and to be paid at reception. Daily maid service in all other Villas includes the daily cleaning of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 baht per towel per day. Damaged or un-cleanable soiled sheets will be charges at THB 2000 per set. Beach towels are not provided these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices if required. Water & Electricity All prices include water and electricity charges. We have budgeted that a generous allowance, based on average use that a weekly allowance of 2000 baht is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we reserve the right to charge 7 baht per unit exceeding that amount. Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out! Liability The owners or their agents can not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. We strongly recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover this. Force Majeure The owners or their agents can not accept, or be responsible for any liable loss, damage or changes caused by force Majeure for example. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any such event beyond our control. Swimming pool Many properties have a private pool and the Village offers the use of a communal pool. We can not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pools. Please take care and ensure all children are supervised at all times. Problems or complaints All our properties are inspected daily and it is unlikely that you should experience any problems, however, in the event of any such problem please notify the management or staff as soon as possible. We will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately during normal working hours or the next working day. Please note that Thailand is a tropical country and insects and small creature are inevitable and beyond our control. Please ensure on completion of cooking all waste foods are disposed of and work surfaces are cleaned to ensure this is kept to a minimum. Check in / out times. Our check in times are after 1300hrs – check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing. |
