Beautiful and well presented

Beautiful, it had a swimming pool, was well presented, very spacious, air-conditioned, had free WiFi and also had several TV's with DVD players.
Although the apartment is well presented, spacious, air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, the property lacks one very vital piece of equipment, a back up Generator !!! Everything is totally useless without it. NO aircon, NO Wi-Fi, NO tv, NO lighting, NO refrigerator & NO running water is totally unacceptable (due to the fact water pressure relies on an electric water pump). Power failure is a regular occurrence on the island and it happens on a regular basis so there should be a backup system to provide lighting and running water at the very least. A lot of the other resorts and restaurants had a power backup system and it was very disappointing to have to put up with the discomfort of this issue for 3 days in a row in 32 degree weather. You should note it on your website so people are fully aware prior to making a decision.
Not to far from the beach and main shops, up a very large hill that was tiring to walk, but away from all the noise and fireworks at the same time. On a good note, very safe from a tsunami !! :)
The food at the nearby restaurant was sub-standard and expensive. Better off going for a short walk to a restaurant belonging to another resort near the beach or catching a tuk-tuk into town.

Here goes our feed back:
We booked at the Constanza Appartments as we were looking for a place to stay with 3 children (15-12-10), where they had access to a swimming pool and not too far away from beaches and restaurants. We were not disappointed.
The accomodation is good, the staff are very friendly and helpfull and the pool is sparkling clean and large for the number of guests that can stay here.
Food was provided from a restaurant down the road, but we made very limited use of the service as we walked to the main road each day to catch a taxi or baht bus to chaweng.
It was a very relaxing break and if you are not looking for the hussle and bussle of nightlife on your doorstep we recommend Constanza Appartments for couples and youngish families alike.
