Chang Villa (Chang is Thai for elephant) is a luxurious modern Villa to rent in Koh Samui Thailand and is located a few metres from Nahai Beach, a quiet, white sandy beach in the unspoilt and beautiful south eastern corner of Koh Samui. This rental villa is set amongst coconut trees and stunning mature tropical gardens and has its own very private 11 metre by 4 metre crystal clear swimming pool. There are 4/5 bedrooms that can sleep up to 14 people, 3 en-suite bathrooms and one communal shower room/WC. A 7 seater SUV is available on a daily rental basis. This villa is in a perfect location for your dream holiday in Thailand.

The pool is free flowing with a large area suitable for younger children, beautifully lit at night. Inside, the villa is very spacious with classic furniture and artwork from Chang Mai. All rooms are air conditioned, have ceiling fans, atmospheric lighting, and adjacent, fast speed wireless internet.

The master bedroom leading onto a dressing room, and large en suite bathroom is really grand, beautifully furnished, has a king size bed & single sofa bed, suitable for a child. These lead to the wonderful balcony, which in turn has views of the beach and the sea.

Bedroom 2 is also on first floor, has a queen size bed and a single bed suitable for a child. These link to an en suite bathroom complete with bath and shower. Picture windows lead onto a balcony with views over the beach, sea and gardens. Bedroom 4 is a beautiful room on the first floor above Bedroom 3 with two single beds. It is cosy and is ideally suited for children. The bedroom has its own play area and storage facility. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor. The room is large with King Sized bed, walk in dressing area and ensuite bathroom. A sunbathing terrace is accessed through patio window doors. Stairs up to 4th Bedroom with safety gate.

The Study landing/stairs houses some lovely modern art and a feature picture window. A desk and bookcase enable comfortable usage of the adjacent wireless internet access. Child safety gates installed at top and bottom of stairs.

The lounge has a large L shaped sofa allowing for entertaining with stunning lighting and huge picture windows. There is a fully equipped western style kitchen with breakfast bar complete with modern and stylish equipment and Smeg appliances.

The wonderful covered outdoor dining area seats 8, with multiple lighting options and fans. A gas BBQ, outside kitchen and fridge make outdoors entertaining simple. A sala provides a shaded seating area and there is an adjacent built in BBQ and preparation area for cooking alfresco.

The Home Theatre with its beautiful art work and furniture is equipped a TV, DVD with surround sound speaker system, and Hi Fi. A double sofa bed and concertina doors enable a 5th double Bedroom option. There is also a communal ground floor shower room and WC adjacent to pool area; a Maids Room with ensuite shower & WC / TV+DVD/ 2 single Beds / Washing machine and rear laundry Area.

The villa is set in a small luxury living development far away from the busy tourist areas of Samui. With an unspoiled stretch of beach in the relatively undeveloped Southeastern coast, the estate has been built amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens.

Close to many attractions, it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighboring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling. It is only ten minutes away from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui's top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action.
