  Thailand all I can say is I will be surely returning again to stay in pattaya. A group of us rented  Baan Marlee, the villa was fantastic and well maintained. The pool was clean and overall great value for the price. Plus the description on Internet was an 8/10 nothing hidden there and the 24 hour security was a bonus. The host was fantastic and able to help at a press of a button. As for location you do need a taxi to the main strip. The beach was pretty close but the group and myself were night owls so we spent more time in town so didn't try the local food near by... But however for the amenities it's very close to walk to. Overall I do reccomend the villa and if I do return with friends/family I would consider leasing the property again...
