Set near Rawai Beach, which is still relatively unknown to tourists, the villa is close to many services such as Thai and Western restaurants, and within easy reach of Nai Harn, Kata, and Karon beaches.
Outside you'll find the private swimming pool and garden area. The pool is 10mx6m and 1.80m deep. There is a shallower children’s area in the pool and there are also 4 refreshing jet spas. The pool area has sun loungers and a wonderful sala with table and chairs seating up to 4 people. There is also an overflow pool area, with bar seats where you can sit and admire the views with a drink in hand.
There is car parking space for 2 vehicles. With so much space, beds for 12+3 and extra washing machines and fridges, TVs, this is a great option when holidaying in Phuket.
Ocean Villa offers absolute luxury and contemporary Asian design. It has 6 spacious bedrooms, all complete with ensuite facilities, which all have ensuite bathrooms and wooden floors adding to the ambience. All the bedrooms have good views, with king and queen sized beds and are also all fully air-conditioned with fans. On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king sized four-poster bed, which gives the room a very grand appearance.
The master bedroom has amazing views over to Phuket City, the beaches, and the surrounding mountains and has its own private access to the pool area. The master en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath for 2 people, shower, washbasin and WC. Another double bedroom is also located on the ground floor and has its own private garden entrance. The room has a queen size bed, wardrobe space and wonderful sea-views. The en-suite facilities comprise a shower, washbasin and WC.
Then there is the 6th bedroom, which has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, and is also a TV room with a large flat screen TV, satellite channels, a PlayStation 3 with games, and a Blu-Ray DVD Player. Upstairs there are 3 further double rooms all enjoying fantastic sea views and access from their own terraces. Another bedroom near the living room has a double bed, TV and satellite box, fan overhead, with a patio behind for table and 2 chairs and an ensuite bathroom. There are also spare foldaway beds in two of the three bedrooms upstairs, which mean this villa can sleep 12 adults with room for an additional 3 children, sleeping in the foldaway beds.
There are six bathrooms in total, five of which are ensuite. The bathrooms have been tastefully designed with large glass panels, walk-in showers, basins and toilets. All the bedrooms are ensuite and the main bedroom on ground floor has a Jacuzzi bath for 2 with views of the surrounding green garden. There is also a guest WC near the living room with a toilet and hand basin. The ensuite bathrooms for the bedrooms on 2nd floor have baths as well.
The dining room is also open plan and flows from the living room on the second floor with seating for 16 guests at a Thai marble table. With high ceilings, the approach in its décor is minimalist yet tasteful. The terrace also has outdoor seating for five more people on two small tables with a direct view of the large pool below which has four sun-loungers, and four chairs under its own sala/shade for those lazy days when you wish to relax in the tropical heat.
The kitchen is located next to the staircase with mainly stainless steel appliances. It is a fully equipped, western-style kitchen, boasting black marble counters and a breakfast area with two custom-made teak wood tables. It is equipped with all mod cons including two fridge/freezers, cooker, and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living room in the villa is large with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The settee, which can seat 7 comfortably, is L-shaped with soft cushions. It leads out to a covered terrace with a ceiling fan. There is a modern flat screen TV, DVD player and PlayStation 3. The villa also has high-speed wireless internet throughout and there is also a large heavy safe under the stairs.

The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made. Any damage must be notified to the owners immediately and rectified prior to departure. Personal Safety The owners can not accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately. Pets No pets are allowed into the properties, any pets found in the properties the Guest will be charged for a full clean. Smoking Please consider our non smoking guests and smoke outside the property, ash trays are provided. Daily maid service Daily maid service is included in the price except Palm Grove Pool Villas where there is a charge of THB 1000 per time inclusive of a linen change, bookable and to be paid at reception. Daily maid service in all other Villas includes the daily cleaning of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 baht per towel per day. Damaged or un-cleanable soiled sheets will be charges at THB 2000 per set. Beach towels are not provided these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices if required. Water & Electricity All prices include water and electricity charges. We have budgeted that a generous allowance, based on average use that a weekly allowance of 2000 baht is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we reserve the right to charge 7 baht per unit exceeding that amount. Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out! Liability The owners or their agents can not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. We strongly recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover this. Force Majeure The owners or their agents can not accept, or be responsible for any liable loss, damage or changes caused by force Majeure for example. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any such event beyond our control. Swimming pool Many properties have a private pool and the Village offers the use of a communal pool. We can not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pools. Please take care and ensure all children are supervised at all times. Problems or complaints All our properties are inspected daily and it is unlikely that you should experience any problems, however, in the event of any such problem please notify the management or staff as soon as possible. We will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately during normal working hours or the next working day. Please note that Thailand is a tropical country and insects and small creature are inevitable and beyond our control. Please ensure on completion of cooking all waste foods are disposed of and work surfaces are cleaned to ensure this is kept to a minimum. Check in / out times. Our check in times are after 1300hrs – check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing. |
