Baan Kata Itsara has four separate buildings that are connected by walkways and beautifully decorated gardens. The property has four bedrooms, two master suites and two smaller rooms. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and are furnished with top-quality linens and other amenities. The villa also has a playroom for kids with own TV, VCR and DVD. It can also be converted to a fifth bedroom with two single beds.
The balcony of the master bedroom of Baan Kata Itsara overlooks the pool and out to the sea. The bedroom features a huge canopied four-poster bed with en-suite bath and shower, TV, and fridge. The third and fourth bedrooms share a common bathroom and also have twin beds which can comfortably serve as doubles.
Upstairs, Baan Kata Itsara has the living area and dining areas complete with TV, DVD and VCR. This part of the building also houses the western kitchen, sun room and a dining balcony to enjoy breakfast or a quiet candle-lit dinner. You also have the option to dine al fresco near the pool. The property has two pools with tiles that mirror the colour of the Andaman Sea. There is also a sala with comfortable seating from where you can see the spectacular sunsets. During the day, you can enjoy the gentle sea breezes accompanied by the sounds of waves rushing ashore.

The Thai-style Baan Kata Itsara is set on the southern headland of Kata beach and it offers uninterrupted views of the Andaman Sea. The property is just five minutes walk away from Kata beach, which is one of the finest beaches in Phuket. The beach is relatively undeveloped and maintains a degree of tranquillity along with some of the top restaurants of the island. The residence is about 45 minutes drive form Phuket International airport and about 20 minutes away from Patong Beach.
