This house is total luxury. The four bedroom house was designed by a world renowned architect in a modern tropical style. The house cascades down a low hill set above Rocky Bay Beach. This secluded beach is a beautiful secluded getaway from the crowd.
The house is set in a landscaped tropical garden. Close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife but set away from it all in its own private estate.
The open plan dining and living room is adjacent to the large swimming pool and faces one of the most spectacular views on Koh Samui. There is a wet bar area hidden behind folding doors and a huge dining table to seat ten. You can walk straight from the comfortable luxury sofas out to the pool and sun lounges. On the other side of the pool is a sun soaked terrace.
The villa has a separate fully equipped audio-visual room with satellite TV projected onto a drop down screen and surround sound speaker system.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms with king size beds and generous en-suite bathrooms with separate shower and toilet rooms. Each bedroom has its own private garden terrace. There is also a smaller single bedroom also with ensuite bathroom.
The Master Bedroom has an adjoing study with a huge sofa, that can be used as a child's bed, plus a desk and chair and its own bathroom.
The house comes with full staff and a Thai cook is available on request (chargeable).
