Villa Beige is a private 5,000 sqm beachfront estate located on the island of Koh Samui, just 45 minutes flight from Bangkok. This luxury modern escape sits in the southwest part of the island in the middle of the tropical jungle overlooking the coastline. It has 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms, private marble pool, modern entertainment living room, private spa and steam sauna, gym, beach club facilities, full equipped office, Internet Wi-Fi in all buildings and 5 residence staff including a professional chef.
There are extra single folding beds, which can be arranged in all the rooms. The single beds will be charged by 100 US Dollar++ per night for children over 12 years. The villa can accommodate up to 8 adults in the 4 bedrooms.
The furniture of Villa Beige is all designed by the owner and imported. The materials come from around the world, mainly Italy and France, as example Ebony woods, Thai silk, snake skin leather, softest calf leather and fancy printed velvets. The Mediterranean Design reflexes the lifestyle in this villa. Cote d' Azure feelings combined with the excellent 5 Star Thai service team and the natural, tropical and exotic surrounding, very delicious Thai food cooked to perfection from our professional chef and all the luxus of a Millionaires villa is available to our guests for the dream vacation.
The two king size bed rooms Koh Si and Koh Angthong with around each of 60 sqm size have bath large terrace each around 50 sqm. One suite has an outdoor bathroom with shower and terrazzo bathtub. All floor-to-ceiling windows on one side of the room enjoy the same stunning ocean view.
The two queen size bed rooms Koh Madsum and Koh Tan with around each of 60sqm size are equally equipped. They have en-suite marble (Indonesia) bathrooms with large rain shower in Bisazza mosaic (France), Wi-Fi Internet and Audio System. All floor-to-ceiling windows on one side of the room enjoy the same stunning ocean view.
One of these bedrooms is equipped for children and has its' own TV-set and DVD player. Toys are available in the villa.
All 4 bathrooms have WC and bidet, marble floors, terrazzo bathtubs, and can be opened to allow the natural sea breezes to enter; with stunning views over the five islands, which are giving the rooms the names.
Private Beach: On the shore, dive directly into the deep blue ocean at high tide or await the ebb, when a private beach is revealed. The beach size depends on the season. All year around snorkeling is possible.
Deck chairs and tables with umbrellas are available at the beach and toys for children and snorkeling equipment.

The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing: * More than 30 days before arrival date: all payments will be forfeited but credited for 6 months from the date of the cancellation as confirmed by the Management. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved. * Less than 30 days before arrival date: all rental payments (100%) are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that Management can secure a part or a full booking in the cancelled time period. The above cancellation charges also apply if Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the Management. Early departure penalty will be applicable as in the other terms for cancellation. Management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. All payments are forfeited but credited for 6 month from the date of departure. No contract will be issued between the Management and yourself until funds have been received and accepted. If funds are not received within 5 banking days the reservation shall be deemed to have been cancelled and Management reserves the right to allocate the Villa to another client. Should the booking be cancelled, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with the cancellation clause below. Before the booking is confirmed and a contract comes into existence, Management reserves the right to increase or decrease the agreed prices. No contract will exist between the Management and yourself until receipt of funds. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Management at least 30 days prior to guest arrival (or 100% together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 30 days in advance of arrival). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation. All rates for accommodation are quoted in Euro. If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the Villa rental shall be due at the time of booking. If Management does not receive the balance by the due date, Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply. A security deposit of EUR 1,000 will be paid to the management with the payment of the balance. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakages during the rental period of the Villa. It may also be used to cover the costs of use of the telephones and other services. This amount will be returned to you after your departure, less any such costs. The deposit will be returned to the guest’s bank account within 15 days after departure. |
