Villa Arawan is a 5 bedroom residence decorated in true northern Thai style. It has its own entrance at the end of a no-through road. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has outdoor terracing. It also comes with an infinity swimming pool and a large heated whirlpool with its own terrace. The foyer on the top floor leads to two large matching master bedrooms with king-size beds and stunning views, private terrace, and luxury en-suite bathrooms. There is plenty of cupboard space as well as a mini fridge, desk/workstation with computer telephone connection, and a safe.
A spiral staircase from the entrance foyer of Villa Arawan leads down to the large living space with the pool, well-fitted kitchen, and the dining area. The third floor features two guest bedrooms, one with double king size bed and the other with two single beds. Both the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. The fourth floor has a large bedroom/multi-purpose room with a sea-view terrace. There is also a large living space with glass doors that open onto the terrace. The seating area has comfortable sofas and chairs around a large coffee table.
The living area of Villa Arawan leads onto the large terrace with an infinity swimming pool. There is a sala on either end of the pool, one of which is equipped for outdoor dining and enjoying the dramatic sunsets. There is a convenient toilet/changing area at this level as well as an outdoor shower and store room. A large multipurpose room with its pantry, fridge and en-suite bathroom complete the facilities. The villa is serviced by housekeeper, cook, and handyman. A 4-seat Honda CRV is also available for rent during your stay at the villa if you wish to venture out. The property also has all modern amenities including a state-of-the art Bose remote-controlled sound system linked to the home cinema, complete with a large screen and satellite television with a wide range of channels, DVD, VCR and CD.
