I would give the villa three stars. Given its condition & location, it seemed a bit overpriced (although this was the holiday season). At the right price point, we would be willing to stay there again (probably 250 USD over the holiday season). This was a mid-range quality villa that was slightly dated. A little investment (10K USD) could really help. For example, the stove in the kitchen needs to be replaced, some pipes leak and the TV is 10-15 years old. The management company did a good job and was available by phone. It was cleaned well, although a bit inconsistent (for example the pool towels never got changed). From a location perspective, the villa was a 15 minute walk down-hill to the beach. The return was a bit longer and typically involved carrying at least one of the kids. It would have been helpful if the security guards could have been able to call for a taxi at times. Next time though, we would rent a car. Hope this helps. Thanks, Jeff.
