unbeatable beach front view

Overall, we are very pleased with the property - Great facility, unbeatable beach front view (which I still miss now), and sufficient utensils supplied, which allowed us to cook ourselves with local fresh seafood materials. Your good company's properties will definitely be our first choice for our next trip to Samui.
However, several things could be done to provide a even better quality:
1. The detail of the fixture, such as the door knob, is loose - You may have to take a routine monitor for everything to make sure the property is perfect. It is understandable that labor is hard to find during Song Kran but still there is no execuse for damaged door knob.
2. The plumbing system of the property should be checked and repaired thoroughly because not only the drain in our main bedroom's washroom got clogged (and hence became terribly stinky) but also the whole maid's room was flooded (I couldn't blame her when she told me her room was flooded, she was worse than me). Fortunately there were only 2 of us and we could move to another bedroom for sleeping and shower. You may get serious complaint if we don't have a spare room to use.
3.Maybe you could provide an estimate usage of electrcity, or at least a reminder that if people turn off light and air-con if they are outdoor, utility could be low as THB 200 per day - That's our average usage for the 4-day trip.
The maintainence of the property can't be emphasized more. Hope next time we won't encounter similar experience of a stinky, flooded bathroom.

We had a great time at Osho. Comfortable surroundings, lovely view, convenient location, great facilities. It was a wonderful holiday and would go back again when visiting Samui. Thanks Michelle
