This stunning villa is entered through automatic gates and is fronted by a high stone wall ensuring absolute privacy and security. You enter this villa direct from the under cover parking, down stone steps to the beautifully landscaped gardens with many water features. On either side of the sandstone entrance steps is the first of the bedrooms. These two bedrooms have double beds and ensuite bathrooms and both are surrounded by ponds and have their own terraces with comfortable seating. The ensuite bathrooms are spacious and luxurious.
On this same level is the third bedroom, slightly smaller than the first two but also with ensuite bathroom and private sitting terrace.
Sweeping stone stairs lead down to the living level. The first thing you notice is the beautiful ponds, fountains and palm trees. To the right is the fully equipped AV room with TV projector, automatic drop down screen and full sound system. This room has plenty of comfortable sofas and has its own bathroom. The AV room is air conditioned and looks out onto a wonderfully landscaped shady courtyard
The next room is the living area. Three walls of glass folding doors open this room to the garden and swimming pool. Again there is plenty of comfortable feather filled sofas coffee tables and Thai sculptures and artwork.
To the left of the entrance stairs is the huge kitchen complete with large refrigerators, freezers, gas cook top, oven, coffee espresso machine and microwave oven. The kitchen is designed around a large island bench. This is a room you may never need to use as staff are available to provide your meals if you wish to dine at home.
Overlooking the garden and pool is the dining area with a large table seating ten people. This room is open on three sides to the garden. There is also a wet bar and refrigerator. A perfect entertaining room.
At one end of the large infinity edged pool is a grass roofed pool sala with plenty of seating. At the other end of the pool is the two storey master bedroom suite. This huge bedroom has its own plasma screen TV that drops down from the ceiling for easy viewing. The marble tiled ensuite bathroom has a large bath separate shower room and marble vanity and basin all with sea views. It also has an outdoor shower courtyard. Across the front of the bedroom overlooking the quiet beach is a private terrace with chairs and tables for relaxing away from the other guests.
Below the master bedroom is a large study with sofas, writing desk and its own bathroom. This room can be used as an extra bedroom if required and has its own private entrance.
On a level below the pool is a large Jacuzzi with a sala right on the beach.
