All 7 Coconut Land & House beach projects feature Thai Style houses in beautifully kept lush gardens on the beach. Ban Tai beach is a quiet spot on the north shore of Samui, with a view to Koh Pha Ngan, the National Marine Park and the stunning sunsets.
Coconut Grove is a small exclusive beach project with 4 houses available for holiday rental;
* D1 is a standard villa directly on the beach and has 2 double bedrooms, 1 large single bedroom and 1 bathroom.
* D2 is a deluxe Villa on the Beachfront with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the beach
* E3 is a deluxe villa in the 2nd row with 2 double bedrooms, an open room suitable for children with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms. This villa has a small sala overlooking the beach
* E4 is a standard villa surrounded by lush greenery, close to the pool with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
All of our villas are uniquely furnished and decorated by their owners, many of the villas have air conditioned bedrooms [please check for details], all have wooden flooring, large lounge, outside terraces and a kitchen, so that self catering is made easy and convivial.
Additionally, we can arrange a private cook, daily housekeeping and even fridge stocking leaving you more free time to lounge on the beach, swim in the sea or the swimming pool within the project.
Baby cots or extra beds are available upon request. For your convenience, local supermarkets, internet shops and numerous beach bars and restaurants are located within walking distance.
For the energetic types we provide the use of a fully equipped gym in Santi Thani just a few minutes away. As to the adventurous ones, we can arrange elephant trekking, horse riding, island tours, scuba diving, snorkeling as well as car and motorbike rental.

Located in the north of Koh Samui on the beautiful and peaceful Bang Por beach. There are very few tourists and locals on the 3.5 km long beach of Bang Por, and privacy for your personal outings is peaceful and typically uninterrupted.
