The unique structure of this villa is reminiscent of traditional Thai homes and temples with their steeply pitched roofs. Inside, there is splendor and grace which can only be attributed to superior design and decoration.
Every room showcases a different style of décor highlighted by stylish furniture, flooring materials and window treatments. The generous use of hand carved wood for wall panels, doors and furniture gives the villa a warm ambiance while all necessary modern conveniences are near at hand.
The large living room has plenty of space for watching the 42 inch plasma television with international cable programming and surround sound speaker system. There is also a high speed Wi-Fi internet connection which extends throughout the entire house. With the huge patio doors open the room becomes part of the outdoors while providing shade during the hottest hours of the day.
The formal dining room boasts seating for twelve at a banquet style table between walls hung with unique Tibetan Buddhist thangka tapestries. White marble tile floors add to the elegance of the occasion. With windows along both sides of the long table, diners enjoy a refreshing cross current of breezes while they eat.
This compact but well laid out kitchen has lots of work surfaces and the latest in appliances like refrigerator freezer, electric and gas hobs, built in oven with exhaust hood over it to keep the area cool and odor free while cooking, plus microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher.
Each of the five bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, flat screen television with DVD player, and an individually controlled air conditioner. The décor varies from room to room, one with a four poster bed, another with a hand carved wood headboard and another with a more traditional antique bed.
The bathrooms have marble floors and walls resembling the finest classic hotel accommodations and either a full bath or a glass enclosed stall shower. Each has its own hot water heater so there is never any waiting to take a shower after an active day at the beach.

The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made. Any damage must be notified to the owners immediately and rectified prior to departure. Personal Safety The owners can not accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately. Pets No pets are allowed into the properties, any pets found in the properties the Guest will be charged for a full clean. Smoking Please consider our non smoking guests and smoke outside the property, ash trays are provided. Daily maid service Daily maid service is included in the price except Palm Grove Pool Villas where there is a charge of THB 1000 per time inclusive of a linen change, bookable and to be paid at reception. Daily maid service in all other Villas includes the daily cleaning of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 baht per towel per day. Damaged or un-cleanable soiled sheets will be charges at THB 2000 per set. Beach towels are not provided these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices if required. Water & Electricity All prices include water and electricity charges. We have budgeted that a generous allowance, based on average use that a weekly allowance of 2000 baht is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we reserve the right to charge 7 baht per unit exceeding that amount. Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out! Liability The owners or their agents can not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. We strongly recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover this. Force Majeure The owners or their agents can not accept, or be responsible for any liable loss, damage or changes caused by force Majeure for example. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any such event beyond our control. Swimming pool Many properties have a private pool and the Village offers the use of a communal pool. We can not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pools. Please take care and ensure all children are supervised at all times. Problems or complaints All our properties are inspected daily and it is unlikely that you should experience any problems, however, in the event of any such problem please notify the management or staff as soon as possible. We will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately during normal working hours or the next working day. Please note that Thailand is a tropical country and insects and small creature are inevitable and beyond our control. Please ensure on completion of cooking all waste foods are disposed of and work surfaces are cleaned to ensure this is kept to a minimum. Check in / out times. Our check in times are after 1300hrs – check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing. |
