Hi Helen/Tim,
It was a great experience for my family, as this is the first vacation for my kids and my parents together. And the fact that you guys live just next door has really made your service more efficient than any other 5 star hotel, when problem arises. As my wife has mentionend when we left, we would love to come back in the future.everything you need and want

We were so pleased to have chosen Baan Lily for our holiday. The villa is spacious and modern and has everything you need and want to make you feel at home. Tucked away in a quiet area but just a few minutes drive from the middle of Chaweng where there is a great choice of restaurants and shops.
The swimming pool is perfect to relax in and this is what we did most of the time. We would not hesitate to recommend this house to any of our friends as we would say you can't find a better value for money place on Koh Samui.

It is a pleasure to write about Baan Lily and especially about you and Tim,
"We stayed in Baan Lily for 5 Nights from the 18th Sep 2011 to 23rd Sep 2011. The Place is Beautiful, dont have words to describe it, but just that it felt like our own house.
Tim and Helen are beautiful and perfect hosts. Tim has been in samui for more than 20 years now and trust me if you need any information regarding the island they are the people you want to get in touch with.
About Baan lily, it is beautiful stay, the pool is excellent and relaxing with the villa made in a very eco friendly manner. When our holiday was coming to an end, we just didn't feel like leaving. I would definitely recommend Baan Lily for a nice relaxing stay with chawend being only 4 minutes driving distance. So the place gives a mix of both relaxation and partying with only a 5 minute drive to the busy street of chaweng.
Tim and Helen also have brochures placed in the villa for excursions like deep sea diving and a personal taxi service. Three of us did go for the deep sea dive excursion through their suggested instructor- Paul Cook (Cookie). It was truly an awesome experience.
We will surely come back and stay at Baan Lily.
I want to thank Tim and Helen once again for making it a most memorable trip for us."

I only have one comment: While the pool/garden area was perfectly maintained, inside the house the cleaning could be a bit more meticulous (inside bathtub, behind bed, etc.).
But overall a very good and recommendable experience.

Dear Tim and Helen,
We finally got back to Bangkok today after a VERY long trip and I can safely say on behalf of all five of us that our stay in Baan Lilly was comfortably our favourite part of the holiday.
We were deperately disappointed to leave after 5 days and there is no doubt we would have stayed on had it been available. There are not enough superlatives to describe just how good Baan Lilly is and our stay really was flawless in every respect; from the facilities in the villa to the excellent help and assistance we received from yourselves and Clare.
Perhaps the only thing we could suggest for improvement was the air-con in the master bedroom was a bit noisy Above all though, we were all in a state of constant disbelief at how good value for money Baan Lilly is. We will definitely be back in the future as we all fell in love with the place.
Thank you for making the first part of our holiday so enjoyable, we really appreciate it.

The Photos dont do Baan Lilly justice!! Inside is very large and there was plently of space for all of us. Loevly green gardens, and pool perfect for lazing with the beers. Tim and Helen are two of the most lovely people we met on our trip, from having beer in the fridge when we got there, to lending us there dog for the girls to play with for the day. a short taxi to the beautiful Bophut, and walking distance to corner store. Total privacy...you cant get better than this!!"Fantastic Villa"

What a fantastic villa!!! The villa is very comfortable for a family or folks that want to stretch out on their holiday, and its great to have a big pool all to yourself! We were really very comfortable here and it made our holiday even more relaxing, the Koi pond surrounding the patio is also a very nice touch. Three big bedrooms, and two full baths also meant that everyone had plenty of space, and the full size kitchen was an added bonus. Here is a tip, do not leave the Baan Lily without having Helen cook you meal, best fried rice I have ever had! The villa is located roughly between Chaweng and Big Buddha Beach, which makes it very convenient to see the sites and explore the Island. For us this was way better than staying in a small hotel room in busy Chaweng, we were close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle when we wanted, but far enough away to have some down-time. Tim and Helen are excellent hosts and make you feel very comfortable. All-in-all a great holiday and fantstically fabulous villa!!!"Amazing!"

The Baan Lily was even more beautiful than the pictures show. We enjoyed the relaxing nature of the yard and pool. The rooms are beautiful yet inviting. Tim and Helen were so friendly and very helpful when asking for suggestions to local Spas and other sites. The villa is off the beaten path so it is quiet and private, yet close enough to Cheweng Beach to enjoy the shopping and dining whenever we wanted. We didn't want to leave and would go back in an instant. Tim and Helen are a delight as is the Baan Lily!"fantastic villa, everything we expected and more!"

We really enjoyed our stay at Baan Lily. The place is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The outside area and swimming pool are stunning. We had some great barbeques and late night swims. The owners, Tim and Helen were lovely and very welcoming. Although we didn't have a problem with anything, it was good to know they were nearby if we needed anything. It was our third stay in Samui and Baan Lily was by far the best accomodation we have found there. We definately won't be looking to stay anywhere else when we go back."we didnt want to leave..."

The photos tell the truth - a lovely villa, well decorated and finished off to a high standard, with everything we required for our stay. A lovely, quiet setting, minutes away from Chewangs main life but far enough away to feel in paradise - just what we needed to relax. Helen and Tim made our stay easy and comfortable with their knowledge of the Island and arranged things for us when we needed (scooter, maps, taxis, etc). Already planning our next trip back!"luxury in paradise"

My parents along with my husband and myself stayed at the Villa from 13th - 21st January 2011 and it was absolute luxury Tim collected us from the airport and when we arrived the villa was even better that we hoped for we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pool and dining area outside were an absolute hit. Tim and Helen are the perfect hosts discreet but there when you need them and most helpful we would definately recommend Baan Lily to anyone who is visiting Koh Samuiexcellent

So glad we stayed at Baan Lily, we will be recommending this place to all our friends. Tim & Helen have been great hosts with such an intimate knowledge of the island. Nothing has been too much trouble, our 3 kids do not want to leave this island paradise and the great / fantastic pool + fish. Its private location, fantastic pool and quiet surroundings we couldn't ask for more. The house with its spacious rooms and modern facilities was a pleasure to stay in compared to many 4 and 5 star hotel i have recently stayed at. With Tim and Helen staying close by they gave the impression that nothing was too much to ask. They arranged, transport, meals, laundry and, the best part for me, was their invalueable advise and experience of the island. Simply put, I loved it. Great place run by great people. After visiting samui on a number of occasions, i have to say Baan Lily is by far the best accommodation i have had, with the level of service, the wonderfull food cooked by the chef and the general luxury of the villa its self, i will definitley return in the future, a big thank you to Helen and Timwhat an amazing holiday

This is our second visit to the island and Baan Lily was far superior in all respects. The accomodation is stunning and a credit to Tim and Helen both are attentive amd extremely helpful. We had internet issues which were rectified immediately. The villa is perfect for children our 5+12 yr olds loved the very large pool which is set in a very well kept garden, we most certsinly would return.can't wait to come again next year

The accommodation was luxuriously comfortable, the private pool was wonderful and we were spoilt by the chef with wonderful meals and the added bonus of safe and trustworthy childcare, a most memorable holiday which we look forward to repeating next year.
