Villa Baan Fun Noi is a chic hillside home offering dramatic views of Chaweng bay and the sea beyond. The villa is generously proportioned and showcases an intelligent use of space that effortlessly blends outdoors with indoor living space. The villa has over 400sq meters of enclosed space and 300sq meters of terraces and is built on three levels that cascade down the sea-facing hillside. Every room has extensive sea views.
The upper level of Villa Baan Fun Noi consists of 3 en-suite double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, ceiling fans, halogen lighting, king-size beds, built-in wardrobes with personal safe and mini-bar, and access onto a large sea-view balcony. The en-suite bathrooms all feature oversized rain showers, glass sinks, and private walled gardens, 2 of which have oval terrazzo tubs. The three levels of the building are connected by an elegant staircase. The second level has modern kitchen and powder room, and is separated from the vast, open-plan living room by a courtyard. The living room includes a wet bar, a dining table, sofas and lounges, a large LCD screen TV, with DVD, CD, and satellite channels.
The foldaway glass walls of Villa Baan Fun Noi open onto a surrounding balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and sea views. Beside the lap pool, there is a large sandstone deck, which blends with a shaded dining area and separate day lounge with wet bar, bathroom and day bed. This area can also be used as a fourth bedroom. The villa is serviced by daily maid and a Thai cook is available on prior request. The main tourist area of Chaweng Beach offers 5 km of white sand beach and a plethora of excellent restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and spas.

The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period. Within 30 days of arrival date: * All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company. * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests.
